Kuru's drawings are very beautiful, she uses awesome and sometimes vivid colours that really bring life to her drawings She also has very cool and loveable characters.


She creates wonderful characters, I wish she left more of her pictures in her gallery ;o; Her drawings have a particular ethereal feel to them, which makes me stare at her pictures for hours <3


Hitsu and her breath-taking backgrounds ˇ///ˇ She is not only awesome at drawing lovely characters, but she can create backgrounds for them that could easily be just a landscape painting on its own. The detail she puts in her drawings is also very outstanding, I think many artists should learn from her, including myself


She has the sparkliest pictures ever x3 I just love the bright atmosphere in her drawings, she can draw very handsome guys, so handsome, they sparkle Her use of colours and additional effects make the drawings look even more beautiful, even though her linearts would look great on their own too!

I really like all of her pictures, they are very cheerful and full of colours, that will brighten up everyone's day if they see them She also puts lots of detail in her pictures, and I personally like the thin and slender figures she draws She also has amazing characters, which she should draw even more ^3^

A traditional artist Her pictures are also very special to me, because traditional art is something I've always looked up to. Her chibis are really adorable, and so are her regular pictures, she puts so much effort into her pictures, and that's why they are very beautiful. <3

I felt like I had to get that thing off of my page. I realised that even if their whole gallery is deleted, they won't be banned. I don't understand that, but... anyways. They will just make a new account and continue all the stealing. I think banned people shouldn't be able to make new accounts again. (but if art thieves won't even get banned D:< )

So, a happier topic, I was wondering if anyone else felt it before, that they liked the trailer of the film much much more than the actual movie xD I guess that means being disappointed in the movie itself ','

I really like watching amvs, and I love well-made trailers a lot too. First time I had this feeling was when I saw the Watchmen trailer a lot in the cinema, and gosh, I was so excited for it, and I'm still in love with it, I don't remember waiting for a movie so much before. Dang, that trailer is so well made that I could watch it for hours! I love the song too! *o*

And then, came the day when the movie was released. I liked it and all, because I'm a sucker for movie adaptations of comics, but somehow, I feel like the trailer was much better

After that, the trailer for Harry Potter 6 came out too. I was sooooo looking forward to it, I would even say I went to the cinema only to see that trailer xD (ok, well, not really, but it really was awesome), and when I saw the movie itself, well, it wasn't bad or anything... but still not what I was looking forward to. though it may be because I didn't read the book I read each of the books up to the fifth, then, for some reason, I stopped, even though I have all the books T-T

And maybe it was the same with Transformers 2, but that was a cool movie too. Somehow, I feel that trailers often make the film look better than how they really are. That must be because they choose all the awesome scenes from the movie, and then if they manage to choose a very nice song, then even the crappiest movie can have a great and interesting trailer.


Same with amvs, sometimes, a simple amv is much more interesting than the anime itself '-' though, I must admit that many times, the amvs are what make me look into the anime, and I don't always regret it. For example, Akira or Naruto, they both are animes that I started watching because there was an amv that really caught my attention, and made me interested.
(well, Akira didn't required that much watching, if you know what I mean, but I did stopped with Naruto, for certain reasons. But it was good while it lasted ^^ )

There's an other category, that I think might belongs here, is the anime vs. manga. Sometimes, animes are only made as a preview of the manga, to get more readers. Those animes usually doesn't end the story, series like Fruits Basket, or Elfen Lied, Ouran HSC... I loved those animes, but when I looked into their manga version... well, they weren't as nice (for me) as the animes.
Most of the time, mangas are much much better than the anime, but these cliff-hanger animes seem to be better than the manga itself. Of course I can't say that's a fact, because I don't know that many series like that, but the ones I've seen so far are like that.

What do you think? ^^' Have you been disappointed of a movie because it wasn't like what you expected it to be? (I'm sure most of us have been, though ;;; )

On a happier note, I'm working on the commissions, a bit slower, cuz my schedule is ... just killer. But when I get home at 10pm and 7pm (when I leave at 7 am @______@;; ) I always start drawing them ^^

Just a quick commission update (only doing chibis for now), since I've been asked quite a few times, though I must mention that I'm not in any serious debt, I'm not pregnant and my guinea pig doesn't need any medical treatment either, so it's really unnecessary for you to share your financial status with me. = no comments like "I sooo wanna commission u but im poor, I have to feed my family so I can't buy one from you" or "I'm underaged and I don't have paypal but I'd commission you"
