It's Shana from the novel, manga and anime Shakugan no SHANA.
I drew this for  . I realized I still had a few gifts to draw, so I started producing them >w< I hope you'll be happy and cheerful again Hitsu-chan, and return to dA too   And yay, it's a fanart. From me. I usually don't like drawing fanarts for some reason ( I can't draw them actually). But, I drew this in the original artist's style. Noizi Ito's one of my favourite artist, so it was fun to try to draw and colour like her ^^ Clothing was heavily referenced from a pic... um, it might have been a novel cover.
